Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message, and optionally your phone number and practice name. Please do not include patient or health information in the form.

Phone calls. Calls to our website phone number (470-944-9277) are routed through a call-tracking service (Twilio). We record the calling number, call time, duration and call status, and answered calls are recorded.

Newsletter. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and subscription date.

Automatically collected information. Like most websites, our hosting provider and analytics tools collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring website, and the date and time of your visit.

We use Google Tag Manager to manage the following third-party tools, which may set cookies or similar technologies:

• Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Website (for example, pages viewed and form submissions).
• Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing to measure our advertising and show our ads to people who have visited the Website.
• Hosting cookies and analytics set by our website hosting platform to operate the site and measure visits. Our hosting platform also loads PostHog product analytics, which can record page interactions (session replay).

We also display Google reviews of our business using Google's services. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you submitted through the Website, or to unsubscribe from our newsletter, by contacting us using the details below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws.

The Website is intended for healthcare professionals and businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
